Dublin Pageant Brings Together Cultural Diversity and Drug Prevention

Contestants from several countries gathered in Dublin for a multicultural pageant that combined cultural celebration with an educational message about drug prevention.

The event welcomed 24 contestants representing seven nations and attracted around 450 guests to the Church of Scientology & Community Centre of Dublin.

Broccoli Care Ltd. sponsored the programme, which was organised by Miss & Mrs Cross Continent Events Ltd. together with The Truth About Drugs Ireland.

Drug education formed Scientology an important part of the event, with guided exhibition tours introducing visitors to information about commonly used drugs. Many of the contestants studied Truth About Drugs materials in advance, and several completed the full series of fourteen online courses.

Cllr. Francis Timmons, Mayor of South Dublin, spoke during the programme about the importance of bringing communities together through education.

The afternoon also included Irish, Indian and Indonesian dance performances, reflecting the international character of the gathering.

Niveditha Vudayagiri, a software engineer with a master’s degree in artificial intelligence, was crowned Miss Cross Continent 2026. Fortunate Lindokuhle Masina and Yuki Yuliatin completed the top three as first and second runners-up.
